DUAL-System

Diagnostic sedimentation kits for the examination of the stool for parasites in humans with two different media. These DUAL kits contain the transport and processing media FixSepar® Bailenger and ECO, AF or SAF. The Bailenger and ECO solutions are formalin-free, the AF and SAF media contain formalin. Detection of all larvae, protozoa and worm eggs, clean microscopic slides with high sensitivity and optimal hit rate. There are no dead spaces, the active fine filtration takes place perpendicular to the filter with high processing performance. For this reason there is no parasite loss. Our DUAL kits are particularly valued and popular in those Western European laboratories for which double determinations using two different methods or kits is recommended as an additional safety standard. The formalin-containing DUAL diagnostic systems are particularly recommended for the tropical regions of the world.
